The staff here were really nice and the location was awesome, right in the Napa area. The room was a good size and looked really new. It had everything you'd need like a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. Plus, there was plenty of space to move around comfortably. 🌟

The location was good. The services were friendly. They offered brand-new and good sized rooms with a patio and new furnishings. The staff was exceptionally nice and amicable. They responded promptly to requests.

The bathroom was not clean. It appears that your facilities don't thoroughly clean the restrooms. The shower had mold and mildew in the grout.The sink,tub, and floor were dirty when we checkd in. The restrooms were the same way last year when we stayed here.There was a large area in the middle of the floor where the carpet was raised which we constantly tripped over. We were given one price when we booked the room, but was charged a higher price upon arrival.The hallway from the lobby to the elevators were not cleaned throughout the day. Someone spilled something on the floor and it remained there for several hours.

The rooms were brand-new and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, close to stores, malls, banks, outlets. Each room comes with a flat screen cable TV, a microwave oven, and a fridge.

Good standard and quiet hotel, I truly enjoyed its central location short walk to the bistro there, and Sonoma for a big lunch.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the Napa Valley area. We were especially pleased with its proximity to the golf course, as we were able to easily play a round of golf during our stay. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and other useful amenities available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities we needed, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities. We also appreciated the sitting area and garden furniture on our patio, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The value compared to Napa Valley equivalent is excellent. Location near the major highways made the travel to Napa/Sonoma reasonable.
